These are divided into various categories to make them easier to read. Footnote references following each statement give the study reference for that fact.

Natural fertility success rates

71% natural pregnancy rate within one year of receiving therapy ¹
Note : Ongoing success rates with natural fertility reversal can be difficult to determine due to follow-up, 12 and 24 months after therapy. Judging from success rates we can easily measure (e.g. opening blocked fallopian tubes, IVF pregnancies after therapy) we believe our natural fertility success rate is between 60% and 65%.

Pre-IVF success rates

67% IVF clinical pregnancy rate for women who received therapy within 15 months of IVF transfer ¹

Duration of infertility

• women in the above studies (natural and pre-IVF) were infertile for an average of five years prior to therapy ¹
• longest duration of infertility successfully treated (natural pregnancy/birth) is 12 years ¹

Live birth rates

• 90% of women who became pregnant in the natural fertility study delivered full-term babies ¹
• 33% of these women had a subsequent pregnancy and live birth, suggesting that this treatment may have lasting effects for some women ¹
• 79% of women who became pregnant in the pre-IVF study had live births ¹

Blocked fallopian tubes

• 61% success rate opening blocked fallopian tubes ^2,8
• 53% natural intrauterine pregnancy rate for the patent patients ^2,8
• 66% patency (one or both tubes open) rate for patients with proximal blockage ²
• 50% patency rate for patients with distal blockage ²
• 40% patency rate for patients with mid-tubal blockage ²
• 80% patency rate for patients with combination blockage ²

Hydrosalpinx

• 50% (4/8 patients) success rate opening tubes blocked with hydrosalpinx ³
• 50% (2/4 patent patients) had a natural post-therapy full-term pregnancy via the tube previously blocked with hydrosalpinx ³
